As the name suggests, I’m a man of Scottish roots – just once removed from the Bonnie Land of Scotland.

The first 30 plus years of my life were spent in the Motor City before my wife and I started a new adventure in Central Ohio (hopefully the next move has us headed South & West).

I’m a die-hard Detroit sports fan… Wings, Lions & Wolverines are my favorites. You’ll likely see some rants about my teams. Feel free to pity me for my undying support.

I’m a Mac guy too. Again, feel free to poke fun, but when it comes to Mac, for me there is nothing better. Sorry Mr. Gates.

I’m madly in love with my wife, Cheryl, so you are sure to see a post or two about how much I love her. Things may get sappy, so just be prepared.

Most importantly, I’m on a journey to be more like Jesus everyday. I promise it will get messy, I’ll stumble and offend, but my heart’s desire is to know Him more and be more like Him everyday of my life.
